Staying here while exploring the nearby Cave and Basin National Historic Site was fantastic! The breakfasts were great, with freshly baked muffins and options for trail lunch packing, which we appreciated for our family hikes. The warmth of the host made our experience feel incredibly welcoming, and we loved that we were just a short stroll away from the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies and other attractions. The charming character of the place added to the cozy, home-like vibe—perfect for our family of four.

The walls are thin, making it hard to sleep when neighbors are talkative. My room was quite small, barely accommodating my luggage. I also found the shower temperature difficult to regulate, which was frustrating after long days out.

The Holiday Lodge was a delightful escape! Karin's warm hospitality shone through as she welcomed us with homemade muffins every morning. Our room was pristine, and the location made it easy to explore Banff's shops and stunning trails.

Staying here was a delight as it allowed me to enjoy all the nearby attractions like the charming bear street tavern and easy access to banff avenue, making my city strolls so enjoyable and spontaneous. i also appreciated the warm hospitality and delicious breakfast that felt like a little taste of home at the end of each day exploring.

The location offers easy access to local attractions, complemented by Karyn's exceptional hospitality. Breakfast featured substantial homemade muffins, fresh eggs, and ample variety, making mornings delightful. However, noise from adjacent rooms sometimes interrupted sleep, and the room, while cozy, felt slightly cramped for luggage storage. Additionally, the shower temperature was challenging to manage, which detracted from the overall comfort experience.

I enjoyed my stay. Each room had hardwood flooring, and I appreciated the shared kitchen where I made sandwiches for lunches. The barbecue with mountain views was a highlight. After exploring, I relaxed in the common lounge area. The location was central, making it easy to walk to attractions. I was there for a couple of nights and felt a cozy atmosphere.

Worn furnishings and some needed improvements were noticeable. The private bathroom, though included, wasn't always ensuite.

The Queen Room with Private Bathroom and Mountain View was super cozy! I loved how comfy the bed was—felt like I just sank right in. Breakfast blew my mind, especially those warm blueberry muffins. The place had a nice calming vibe with soft music in the living room. The only thing? The bathroom was a bit old-fashioned, which didn't bother me much, but it could use an update.
